Dhiraj Adya leads Americas Advisor and Influencer Relations at Tech Mahindra, where he drives strategic engagement with industry advisors, and enterprise influencers across global markets. With over two decades of experience in technology, business transformation, and strategic partnerships, he plays a key role in shaping market perception, strengthening executive relationships, and driving conversations around AI-led transformation and digital innovation.

In addition, Dhiraj serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the Global Chess League, the world’s first franchise-based professional chess league created in partnership with FIDE.

An innovator by training, Dhiraj holds Bachelors in Engineering from PEC Chandigarh, an MBA from IIM Lucknow and has completed executive leadership education at Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business. He is also a Forbes Business Council member and a regular contributor on topics including AI, digital platforms, leadership, fan engagement, and the future of technology.
