Today, Mr. Pejoski is the founder of NoCode, Inc., the company behind Oobo, an AI-native engineering intelligence platform that helps organizations understand how software work actually happens across code, commits, teams, and AI-assisted development. His work focuses on the next shift in software delivery, where human engineers and AI agents collaborate, and companies need deeper visibility, context, accountability, and alignment across the development process.
