Rob is a software engineering executive who has built and scaled consumer applications across many stacks (web, native app, backend services, data science). He currently leads web and app front-end teams at Wayfair and has launched numerous customer-facing and employee-facing AI applications. While he has trained technical and non-technical employees on how to leverage AI, he has also directly built solutions himself. Experiences prior to Wayfair include Tripadvisor, startup consulting, and research in user-centered design and AI.
