Amit Kapoor is Vice President and Head of Continental Europe at Tata Communications, based in the Netherlands. He leads the company’s strategic growth and operational excellence across the region. In this role, he is responsible for Tata Communications initiatives across Business Development, Solutions, Partner Eco-system, Marketing and Customer Engagements, to focus on expanding digital infrastructure and enabling enterprise transformation initiatives for enterprises across multiple European countries.
With over 25 years of experience in IT telecommunications, digital transformation and technology consulting, Amit has held senior leadership roles across Europe, Asia-Pacific and North America. Prior to his current role, he led the EMEA and North America business for Tata Communications Transformation Services (a Subsidiary of Tata Communications). Before Tata Communications, He has been in different global and leadership roles with with Accenture and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). He has helped build and scale new business, platform and cloud initiatives for TCS and Accenture in Europe.
A Tata group veteran, Amit currently serves on the Boards of Tata Communications Netherlands B.V., Tata Communications Deutschland GmbH, Tata Communications Portugal and Tata Communications Switzerland. He is also the CEO of Kaleyra S.p.A in Italy, an acquired entity of Tata Communications.
