As a Principal Consultant at ISG France, Maxime is involved in IT Transformation projects across IT Infrastructure. With a strong focus on sourcing, he delivers strategy, assessment, and transformation initiatives for multinational organizations and public sector entities.
His main areas of expertise include network, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and workplace services, all approached through a pragmatic and realistic AIOps lens.
Maxime uses his knowledge by leveraging both Technical and Management expertise in conducting IT sourcing (strategy, RFP/RFI, Transformation) as well as Benchmark assessments for public and private clients.

- Conducted the assessment of the global IT of a state bank (performance, cost, ROI & regulated cloud)
- Managed globally the Global IT Benchmark of all entities of the investment banking affiliate of a leading European Bank
- Helped a worldwide Oil & Gas client source and then transform their future Next Generation Managed Network partner for their worldwide Network
- Helped one of the European’s leading Network provider define their SSE Go to Market strategy
- Advised on the outsourcing transformation/migration to a Secure Cloud environment [SecNumCloud], with a particular aspect on Compliance
