Silvia Carter is the founder of ToWebOrNotToWeb, a company specializing in Digital Export and AI applied to international business. She also serves as the Executive Director of La Fabrique de l’Exportation, France’s only think tank dedicated to international trade.
She holds an Executive MBA from HEC Paris, a Master’s in Digital Strategy & Web Development from Digital Campus Paris, and completed advanced studies in AI application development at MIT. This dual expertise in international trade and digital technologies enables her to guide companies in building successful multichannel export strategies and operations.
As Team Coordinator for the EBRD (European Bank for Reconstruction and Development), Silvia contributes to designing and implementing digital strategies for SMEs worldwide.
Silvia is also the author of several books, including Développer son business à l’international grâce au webmarketing (Eyrolles, 2019), published in English as part of The Digital Exporter Series, recently updated as DIGITAL E-EXPORT: E-Commerce, Marketplaces, SEO, SEA, Social Selling and E-Marketing for B2B & B2C.
