Following an initial successful experience within a highly dynamic and newly established firm, at which he worked in his two preferred fields, Corporate and IT law, Sylvain Joyeux decided to complete his training in a British law firm, and so joined a firm of Solicitors in Scotland in 2003.

On his return to France in 2004, he joined the Cloix Mendès-Gil in order to establish the IT/IP practice.

Highly involved in the technology, he directs the IT/IP team of Cloix Mendès-Gil law firm, which carries out the drafting of commercial contracts as well as IT litigation, notably as part of court-appointed expert reports, in which he advises the Firm’s clients.
