Henri d’Agrain, Délégué Général of CIGREF—the leading association representing CIOs of major French enterprises—brings a forward-looking perspective on the near-term impacts of AI and the long-term evolution of the digital function. Drawing on CIGREF’s newly released Rapport d’orientation 2025, “4 Archétypes de la Fonction Numérique en 2040,” this session will highlight how French enterprises foresee the next 15 years of digital transformation, including AI’s role in reshaping governance models, operational capabilities, workforce structures, and technology ecosystems. Henri will also summarize the current work underway within the French Government and Senatorial commissions on AI, where he contributes expert guidance to help frame national policy, address emerging risks, and shape France’s strategic position in the global AI landscape.
