Cassio Melo is Co-Founder and CTO of Meilynx, the AI compliance system of record for financial services, insurance, healthcare, and HR. He leads the engineering of a platform that enforces policies in real time, directly within the AI request path. Meilynx governs model access, cost budgets, sensitive data, agent identities, and MCP tool calls, blocking or redacting sensitive information before it reaches an LLM. Every governed AI event is recorded in an immutable audit chain that examiners can independently verify.

Before Meilynx, Cassio spent five years at Google as a Staff Software Engineer and Tech Lead Manager, most recently leading the Cloud Capacity Management Safety team, which keeps Google's infrastructure reliable and efficient at global scale. He previously worked at Microsoft and holds a PhD in Computer Science.
