Mr. Gress serves as Chief Operating Officer for HDI Global US, a leading global insurer. His remit includes leading Operations, Product Development, Reverse Flow Business, and the HR, IT, and Transformation functions. Prior the he was Chief Operating Officer at Vantage Risk, and held senior strategic roles at AXA XL, CNA Insurance, KPMG, and began his career completing the General Electric Corp Leadership Program. He is a graduate of Northern Illinois University and serves as Chairman of the Board of Executive Advisors for the Northern Illinois University College of Business.
