Fabio Caversan has been working with Artificial Intelligence since 2003, fundamentally changing the way people interact with systems. He co-founded WOOPI, an innovative cognitive technology company that was later acquired by Stefanini. WOOPI’s customers included one of the biggest banks and cosmetic firms in Brazil. During his time at WOOPI, he initiated the creation of Sophie, an omni-channel virtual assistant and AI solution designed for collaborative digital transformation. He has played a key role in implementing Innovation Centers at Stefanini Group, driven by his desire to co-create solutions with clients. Currently, Fabio serves as the Global Chief Technology Officer at Stefanini and is an Official Member of the Forbes Technology Council. Fabio has also served as a Computer Engineering Professor at Sorocaba Engineering School (FACENS) in Brazil for more than 15 years. He earned his Master’s Degree in AI at Escola Politecnica da USP-SP (Sao Paulo University).
