Tom Johnstone is a Senior Vice President of Data & AI at Genpact. Tom’s focus is on building the world’s best data company through assembling an extraordinary team, advancing innovative solutions and helping clients achieve great business outcomes through data.

Tom joined Genpact through its acquisition of XponentL Data, a disruptive Data & AI company that he co-founded in 2023 and grew to 250 people. XponentL was renowned for enabling value through a combination of industry expertise in Life Sciences, Healthcare and Industrials and advanced technology engineering capabilities.

Prior to founding XponentL, Tom spent 4 years at Accenture, where he led the $3B North American Data & Artificial Intelligence business. In this capacity, he led a team of 2000+ people that together grew the business by an average of 50%/year through driving transformational cloud data supply chain programs.

Tom lives in Saucon Valley, PA with his wife, Kerri, 3 daughters, Seri, Mackenzie and Bella, and 2 dogs, Carly and Winnie.
