Tom is CTO and managing director for technology and new ventures for NTT DATA's operations in UK&I. He leads NTT DATA’s growth services incubation and is responsible for the organisation’s AI adoption both internally and with clients in the region. Tom has a background in programme delivery with almost 30 years of international experience in telecoms, media, retail, financial services and the public sector, always on the interface between business, customer experience and innovative technology. He is an honorary associate professor at UCL in the department of computer science.
