Ingrid Olmesdahl is EMEA AI Transformation Director at The Ogilvy Group, where she leads the strategic integration of AI across both internal and client-facing propositions, reporting directly to the CEO. She is focused on cultivating a culture where transformative strategic thinking thrives, augmenting AI and human creativity to ensure Ogilvy continues to deliver impactful, creative solutions for clients.

With over 15 years' experience at the intersection of technology, AI, and creativity, Ingrid has led growth and client relationships with many leading global and UK brands, including News UK, TSB Bank, Vodafone, Unilever, and HSBC. She has built strategic partnerships with a breadth of technology companies, and during her tenure at Microsoft, she also scaled partnerships with the world's largest marketing holding companies, including WPP, Publicis, and Dentsu, all to deliver impact and transformation for the world's leading brands.
While the world of AI is Ingrid’s passion, prior to her current role, she was the Global Director of Alliances at Ogilvy One, where she helped build growth partnerships with MarTech leaders such as Salesforce, Adobe, and Braze.
Other roles include being a mentor and board member for organisations focused on helping the development of women and the BAME community. She mentors individuals both within and outside WPP, having worked with organisations such as BIMA, You Make It, and 1000 Black Voices, passionately championing the need for equality in the workplace and leveraging AI as a force for good.
Outside of work, Ingrid is a mum to a young boy, an avid exercise fan, and is known to enjoy a really good glass of wine, preferably one from South Africa!
