Vijay previously led HCLTech's Engineering and R&D Services (ERS), a $2 billion global business delivering innovative solutions in digital, engineering, cloud and AI for global clients and top R&D spenders across industries. He championed groundbreaking technologies and responsible growth, leading to the strategic evolution of ERS’s GenAI and sustainability business. He also led
the initiative to build Silicon-to-Cloud platforms, fostering intellectual propey panerships and integrating GenAI into chip design. His commitment extends to suppoing the semiconductor ecosystem through the establishment of the ATMP Lab, a vital resource for India's growth in this sector.
