Emma is the Senior Data Privacy Director at Diageo. She leads the Global Data Privacy team, which is made-up of legal and operations colleagues across the world. She’s has previously worked across the tech, workforce solutions and banking sectors and trained and qualified at a city law firm. Before her legal career, Emma worked extensively in EU and UK policy; most recently on the prevention of radicalisation of prisoners. She maintains a variety of pro bono legal work, including advising a small charity and participating in a mentoring scheme for school students. Emma enjoys cooking, travelling and hiking in her spare time.
