Dieter Konrad is responsible for Capital Market Data Science in portfolio management at Union Investment. Since the beginning of 2024, he has been working in the Multi Asset division. Previously, he headed the Quant & Smart Data team and, in addition to Capital Market Data Science, was also responsible for rule-based strategies across all asset classes and the management of rule-based funds. As an expert in quantitative methods and portfolio construction, the business mathematics graduate and CFA charterholder began his career in portfolio management at Union Investment in 2000.
