With an interdisciplinary background spanning economics, music, entrepreneurship, and AI, Nikolas brings both analytical rigor and creative range to the way he approaches products and systems. At Stagelink, the AdTech SaaS company he co-founded and sold, he applied reinforcement learning to business decisions well before AI became a mainstream operating layer in software. Later, as Global AI Lead at HelloFresh, he built and scaled personalization systems serving millions of customers and saw firsthand how difficult it was for even sophisticated organizations to move beyond static segments, manual rules, and disconnected optimization workflows.

Those experiences shaped the thesis behind Zelara. Across conversations with B2C brands, the same pattern kept emerging: customer communication systems were designed around campaign management, not around continuous learning for each individual. With Zelara, Nikolas has returned to entrepreneurship to build an AI-native system that helps companies create, adapt, and improve digital customer experiences in real time.
