Connie Hwong leads the Generative AI team at Siemens Corporate Communications, where she leads the company's AI adoption strategy for a global communications function of more than 1,700 professionals. She built Siemens Corporate Communications' first dedicated GenAI team from scratch, designing the training, enablement, and change-management programs that are helping one of the world's largest industrial companies navigate the practical realities of integrating AI into how it communicates.
Before specializing in AI, Connie spent over a decade leading communications and content strategy across global corporations and high-growth startups — including ABB in Zurich, Verto Analytics in Helsinki, and Gigaom in San Francisco — and began her career in arts and technology nonprofits. She is based in Berlin.
