Holger joined FrieslandCampina in Germany as a trainee, transitioning from a business role to IT through a part-time study and on the job trainings. He advanced to lead local teams and moved to global IT in 2009, becoming the IT business partner for Western Europe. Holger completed his BSc in Business Informatics alongside the FC Future Leaders program. With over 20 years of experience, he has held managerial roles in IT operations, service management and business services, focusing on organizational change and business partnerships. In his current role as a member of the IT leadership team he’s acting as business partner for HR and its global transformation, digital employee services, IT/OT convergence, infrastructure, and cyber security. Holger is passionate about digital transformation and leading the global IT talent development, aiming to build high-performing teams and strategic partnerships that drive impactful business outcomes and sustainable change.
